For one (1) year after the client receives the ebike (the “Warranty Period”), all Rad Power Bikes (“RPB”) e-bikes and each of their separate Covered Components (as defined herein) are guaranteed against all manufacturing flaws in material or workmanship.
Note: The following conditions apply to this Limited Warranty, which is only applicable to Canadian ebike purchases. (purchases made in the United States or the European Union will be subject to the appropriate warranty terms supplied by RPB in those jurisdictions).
