Elite’s motor delivers up to 40 lbs of additional no-stall force and runs 75% quieter than compared to other models. It consists of 5 different speed options and an amplitude of 16mm. Same as Theragun Prime it also delivers a 60% deeper massage to your muscles (40 times/second). With the help of a lithium-ion battery, you can enjoy Theragun Elite straight for 2 hours.

How To Use Theragun Prime & Theragun Elite Guide

Theragun Prime

1. Press and hold the center button on the button pad for 2 seconds to turn on the Prime.
2. To adjust the preset speeds and the treatment level press the up and down arrows to toggle between 5 different preset speeds and adjust your treatment level.
3. The Prime should be used with the attachment making perpendicular contact with the skin. Only the attachment of the device should make contact with the skin or area you are treating. Do not use the device at an angle that puts the percussive arm of the device in contact with the skin.
4. To turn off the Prime, firmly press and hold the center button on the button pad.

Theragun Elite

1. Press and hold the center button on the button pad for 2 seconds to turn on the Elite.
2. Press the plus and minus buttons on the button pad to increase or decrease speed.
3. Press the left and right arrows on the button pad to toggle between your Elite’s pre-loaded treatment presets.
4. The Elite should be used with the attachment making perpendicular contact with the skin. Only the attachment of the device should make contact with the skin or area you are treating. Do not use the device at an angle that puts the percussive arm of the device in contact with the skin.
5. To turn off the Elite, firmly press and hold the center button on the button pad until the device shuts down.

Connecting the Attachments

Align the attachment with the tip of the rotating arm and push to connect. To remove, grip the attachment, placing 1 finger on each side of the plastic connector. Pull off the attachment.

Therabody App can be used for both Theragun Elite & Prime.
