Shipping & Delivery
Redsbaby aims to provide fast and reliable delivery across Australia. Shipping costs vary depending on your location and are calculated at checkout, so you’ll know the exact cost before placing your order. While free shipping is not offered, Redsbaby keeps shipping costs affordable to ensure great value.
Redsbaby ships via Australia Post or Direct Freight Express, with the carrier automatically selected based on your area. Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days for in-stock products. Pre-ordered items ship within 2–6 business days of availability, and orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will ship once all products are available. Estimated delivery times:
Australia Post (Regular Shipping): NSW + ACT: 2–4 days | VIC, QLD, SA: 3–6 days | Other states: 5–7 days
Australia Post (Express for SKIP2 & SKIP3 only): NSW + ACT: 1–2 days | Other states: 1–3 days
Direct Freight: Metro: 2–4 days | Non-metro: 2–5 days

Returns & Exchanges
Redsbaby offers a 30-Day Indoor Trial with Free Returns on eligible products, making it risk-free to shop. Try your product indoors on a soft surface to ensure it meets your family’s needs. If it’s not the right fit, repack it in original condition with all accessories and manuals, and Redsbaby will provide a free return shipping label. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.
Return Conditions:
Products must be in ‘as new’ condition, free from damage or marks.
Free returns apply within Australia only and must be sent within 5 business days of receiving the return label.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Exclusions:
Third-party purchases, ex-demo, display, warehouse sale, imperfect boxes, reconditioned stock.
Accessories, spare parts, gift-with-purchase items, multiple identical products, and some capsules (unless unopened).
Exchanges:
Direct exchanges are not available, but you can return your item and reorder the correct product.
Sale Items:
Full-price promotional items are eligible for return if they meet return conditions. Items marked as ex-demo, display, warehouse sale, or discontinued are final sale and cannot be returned.
Gifts:
Refunds are issued to the original purchaser. Include the recipient’s name on the order for easier returns.
