Verify Your Healthcare Status: After signing up, verify your status as a healthcare worker through ID.me. Create an ID.me account and upload a photo of your healthcare ID card and professional details to complete the verification process.
Receive Your Shop Card: Once your ID.me account is verified, you will receive a digital Costco Shop Card, which can be used for future purchases on Costco’s website.

This discount is available only to healthcare workers who are verified through ID.me.
The Shop Card can be used on eligible purchases made at Costco.
