How to Claim the Away Student Discount
Away offers a 10% student discount on its premium luggage, bags, and travel accessories through its Hero Discounts program. Eligible students can save sitewide on most purchases, making it easier to invest in durable travel essentials for study abroad, vacations, or everyday commuting. The offer is available to verified students at colleges, universities, community colleges, junior colleges, vocational schools, and technical schools who are at least 18 years old. Please note that this discount cannot be combined with other promotional offers or discount codes.
Verification Process
To claim the Away Student Discount, shop on the Away website and click the "Verify with ID.me" button on the Hero Discounts page. Sign in to your existing ID.me account or create one if you're a new user, then complete the student verification by providing the requested enrollment information. Once your student status is successfully verified, the 10% discount is automatically applied at checkout, so you can complete your purchase without entering a promo code.
