1. Start with your student email: Visit Minga London’s student discount page and sign up using your institutional student email address. Make sure you enter your email correctly, as even a small typo can prevent the discount email from reaching you.

2. Wait for your exclusive code: After submitting your details, Minga London will send your 15% student discount code by email, usually within 2 hours. Keep an eye on your inbox while you wait.

3. Can’t find the email? Check your spam folder: If your code doesn’t appear in your main inbox, take a quick look through your junk, spam, or promotions folders. Sometimes discount emails can end up there.

4. Don’t have a university email? No problem: You can still request the student discount by contacting Minga London at help@mingalondon.com. Send a photo of your valid student ID showing its expiration date. If your ID doesn’t include an expiry date, provide an enrolment letter or another document confirming your current student status.

5. Having trouble with your student email?: If your student email is rejected or you receive an error, contact Minga London’s customer service team. Include your student email address and a photo of your student ID. If necessary, add an enrolment letter or other proof of current enrollment.
