How To Claim The Tri-Rail Student Discount
To receive the Tri-Rail Student Discount, eligible students must provide proof of enrollment. Students ages 13–18 can claim the Tri-Rail Student Discount by presenting a valid student photo ID issued by a middle or high school located in Palm Beach, Broward, or Miami-Dade County.
For College, university, trade, and technical school students must present a valid student photo ID along with a current class schedule showing the dates of the active school term. The 50% discounted fare is valid only for the current term, and updated enrollment documentation must be provided each new school term to continue receiving the discount.

Group Discount
Traveling with a large group? Groups of 25 or more passengers can receive a 15% discount on Tri-Rail fares when the Customer Experience Department is notified at least two weeks before the scheduled trip.
SoFloGO Mobile App
Eligible riders can upgrade their SoFloGO account to purchase discounted Tri-Rail fares by submitting proof of eligibility to the Customer Experience team.
