Jasion Warranty
Jasion offers a 1-year warranty for all of its electric bikes, starting from the day of purchase. The Warranty covers all parts, and labor for defects in workmanship and materials. Warranty does not cover any caused of accidental, misuse, or neglect damage.
To file a warranty claim you have to contact Jasion customer service. After that, you will need to provide your name, address, order number, and a description of the problem. Jasion will send you a return authorization form. Once you return the bike, Jasion will repair or replace it at no charge.
You can also extend your warranty from 1 year. All you need to buy is a Jasion Warranty Comprehensive E-Bike Protection. When you buy Warranty Comprehensive E-Bike Protection, the warranty would be registered automatically when the initial purchaser ordered it in the online shop. So the warranty is under the INITIAL PURCHASER and the 1-year warranty would be started since the initial owner has received it.
Return Policy
Jasion offers 14 day of return policy on all of its electric bikes. This policy allows customers to return their bikes for a full refund within 14 days from the day of purchase. To return your bike you have to contact Jasion customer service and secure a return authorization number. After that, you will be responsible for shipping the bike back to Jasion at your own expense. Once Jasion receives the bike, they will give you a full refund.
