Shipping Policy

Greenworks aims to deliver your tools quickly and reliably.

• Standard Shipping: Orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days. Free shipping applies on orders over $100 (excluding riding mowers, dual-stage snow blowers, e-transportation vehicles, go-karts, and shipments to Alaska & Hawaii).

• Large Items (150+ lbs & Riding Mowers): Delivery may take 5–7 business days and transit times vary. Customers must be at home for delivery. Some rural areas may take longer.

• Freight Shipping: Items are shipped via Ryder or FedEx LTL, and you’ll be contacted to schedule delivery.

• Hawaii & Alaska Shipping: Limited product availability with additional charges—$399 for Alaska, $499 for Hawaii. Some items cannot be shipped to these locations.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Online Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 30 minutes of placing them by logging into your account. If you checked out as a guest, you can still cancel through the cancellation portal using your email and order number.

• After 30 minutes, you must follow the return process.

• If delivery is refused, shipping and handling fees will be deducted from your refund.

• Final Sale Items: Riding mowers, e-bikes, go-karts, dual-stage snow blowers, Greenworks Renewed, and Open Box products.

Return Policy

We accept returns of new, unused products in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

• Damaged Items: File a return request online. Once approved, Greenworks provides a prepaid shipping label. Refunds are processed after the product is received and inspected. All accessories and combo kit parts must be included.

• Other Reasons (wrong item, no longer needed, late arrival, etc.): Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Items must be unused and returned in original packaging.

• Final Sale Items: Riding mowers, e-bikes, go-karts, dual-stage snow blowers, Greenworks Renewed, and Open Box sales, plus orders shipped to Alaska & Hawaii.
