How to be Connected?

• The amount paid for Super Wi-Fi access is non-refundable.

• Super Wi-Fi service is currently available on Boeing 777 and Airbus A350 aircraft.

• The Super Wi-Fi access code can only be used on one device at a time. If you want to use it on a second device, you must log out from the first one and log into the new device using the same code.

• To access the Super Wi-Fi service on board, open the in-flight Wi-Fi portal on your browser and enter your Super Wi-Fi access code. 

• The Super Wi-Fi access code is valid for one year from the date of purchase and can only be used once.

• Purchase of Qpoints is available online only.

• The cost per Qpoint is US $25.

• Platinum, Gold, and Silver members can buy Qpoints to retain their tier.

• Gold, Silver, and Burgundy members can buy Qpoints to upgrade to the next tier.

• Members can purchase Qpoints once in 36 months.

• Qpoints purchased are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Privilege Club Tiers

The membership benefits are designed to suit the specific needs of their Privilege Club members in different tiers. The higher your membership tier, the more benefits you will enjoy. In addition to the below tier qualification and retention criteria, you will need to have earned at least 20% of your Qpoints or have flown 4 sectors (within 12 months prior to retention) or 8 sectors (within 24 months prior to retention) on flights either marketed or operated by Qatar Airways.
