• Unless otherwise noted as a drop shipment, SCHEELS items are sent from their shop locations through UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

• SCHEELS.COM presently only ships inside the United States; international shipping is not yet available. Shipping time at

• SCHEELS.COM includes processing and transit time. Orders placed before noon Central Time during business hours will be dispatched the same day or the following day, while orders received after 12 PM will be processed within two business days.

• Items shipped directly from the vendor have a longer shipping period. 

SCHEELS Return Policy

For returns or exchanges, the following policies apply:

• Shipping expenses are not refundable.

• The items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.

• Please use the appropriate shipping container. As long as the item is protected, this can be a box, mailing pouch, or another USPS-approved container.

• Shoes should be returned in their original shoe box and transported in a suitable shipping container.

• The sales tax will be reimbursed to the original payment method.

• Ammunition purchased from SCHEELS.com is not returnable or exchangeable.

• SCHEELS.com autographed memorabilia cannot be returned or exchanged.

• If you ordered a special order, it must be returned to one of SCHEEL'S stores.
