Shipping & Return Policy

Alo Yoga offers a variety of shipping options to ensure your order arrives quickly and safely. Domestic orders can be shipped via Standard (3-5 business days, free), Fast (2 business days, $15), Faster (next business day, $25), or Same-Day Delivery ($10, availability based). International shipping is free on orders over $75 USD, excluding taxes and duties.

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes, and certain products, like beauty items, may have shipping restrictions. Tracking is available for all orders, with updates provided 24-48 hours after shipment.

Alo Yoga accepts returns of eligible merchandise within 30 days of delivery, free of charge, provided items are unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached. Returns can be made for a refund, store credit, or exchange, with items from the Bag Collection returned in store.

Online returns are initiated through the return portal, and pre-paid labels are provided for mailing. Exchanges can be completed instantly online with a hold placed on your card until the return is received.

Some items may have special return conditions, such as personalized products or final sale items. All returns should be shipped using a traceable method to ensure processing within 2-4 business days.
