Eligibility: Returns accepted within 30 days of shipping date.
Conditions: Must be unused, in original packaging, with return form. Custom/made-to-order or discontinued items not returnable.
Process: Request an RMA via Contact Us → Receive prepaid label → Pack & ship → Refund issued after inspection.
Fees: Refused/undeliverable shipments may incur a 25% restocking fee.
