Shipping Policy

Columbia Sportswear offers a range of shipping options designed to deliver orders quickly and efficiently across the United States and select territories. Standard Ground shipping typically arrives within 4–6 business days at a flat rate of $9, with free shipping for CGR Members on qualifying orders.

Expedited shipping delivers in 2–3 business days for $19, while Rush shipping ensures arrival in 1–2 business days for $25 if the order is placed before the daily cutoff. Additional shipping options include UPS Access Point, USPS deliveries to P.O. Boxes, and services to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, and APO/FPO addresses, with fees and delivery times varying by location.

Orders placed Monday through Friday for in-stock items are usually processed within three business days, with weekend orders processed the following business day. Columbia utilizes multiple carriers, including UPS and USPS, to ensure timely delivery, though expedited orders placed after cutoff times may ship the next business day.

Return Policy

Columbia Sportswear provides a straightforward return process for customers wishing to return online purchases. Items must be returned within 60 days of purchase in new, unworn condition, and will be inspected upon arrival at the warehouse. Refunds are typically issued within 7–10 business days to the original method of payment, minus a $6 flat-rate shipping fee for the return label.

Customers can initiate returns via UPS or, for certain locations outside the continental U.S., via pre-paid USPS labels. Return labels and invoices are emailed as PDFs, which should be printed and attached to the package before shipping.

Customers in regions not serviced by UPS are responsible for providing their own return shipping. All returns should be sent to Columbia Sportswear Returns, 6940 N Leadbetter Ave, Portland, OR 97203, unless a pre-paid label is provided.
