Shipping & Return

Shipping Policy

At Fitcamx, our goal is to provide fast, reliable, and cost-effective shipping, no matter where you live. We proudly deliver to customers in 72 countries, including the United States, Canada, Australia, Germany, Brazil, India, and many more.

Order Processing

• Processing Time: 1–3 business days.

• Before shipping, we will confirm your car model and rearview mirror cover via email. Shipping begins once confirmed.

Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping: 8–12 business days

• Expedited (DHL/UPS/FedEx): 3–5 business days

• From US Warehouse: 1–5 business days

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking email with full details.

Customs & Duties

• Standard Shipping: All customs duties are prepaid. No extra fees will be charged at delivery (U.S. orders use DDP; EU orders are covered under IOSS).

• Expedited Shipping: Local customs may apply charges, payable by the customer. Refusal of delivery due to duties will result in return costs being the buyer’s responsibility.

Important Note: Since every dash cam is custom-made, a rearview mirror photo is required. Missing photos may delay shipping or lead to incorrect product fit.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied, you can request a return, exchange, or refund under the following policies:

15-Day Returns (No Reason Needed)

• Items must be unused, undamaged, in original packaging, and include all accessories.

• Buyer pays return shipping unless it’s a quality-related issue.

Refunds

• Non-quality returns: Product cost refunded (shipping non-refundable).

• Quality-related returns: Full refund, including shipping.

• Processing time: Refund issued 1–2 working days after receiving returned goods.

30-Day Quality Guarantee

• If your dash cam has quality issues within 30 days, you may request a replacement or refund.

• Provide photos/videos and tracking details to support@fitcamx.com.

• Fitcamx covers return shipping for quality issues.

Exchanges (Within 30 Days)

• Eligible if your product was damaged in transit, defective, or not as described.

• Fitcamx covers return/exchange shipping for approved requests.

12-Month Warranty

• Covers defects in materials or workmanship.

• Fitcamx will repair or replace defective products free of charge.

• Warranty is void if the product is misused, modified, or damaged by external factors.
