Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping Policy

Gregory offers standard, expedited, and priority shipping across the contiguous United States, with free standard shipping for orders over $99. Shipping rates vary for orders to Alaska and Hawaii, and deliveries to APO/FPO addresses may take 4–6 weeks. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Currently, Gregory does not ship internationally, to PO boxes, Puerto Rico, or Guam.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Once an order is confirmed, Gregory cannot modify items, cancel orders, or change shipping methods. Customers are advised to review their orders carefully before finalizing purchases.

Returns and Refunds

Gregory accepts returns of unused merchandise within 90 days of the original shipment for a full refund of the merchandise total plus applicable sales tax. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the product is damaged or incorrect. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are processed within 14 business days, with 1–2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on the card statement. Gregory does not accept exchanges; customers must return items for a refund and place a new order for different sizes, colors, or products.

Orders lost in transit or requiring returns should follow the official return process outlined by Gregory. All returns must be processed through their designated channels to ensure timely refunds.
