Booking & Ticket Policies

At Groome Transportation, we make booking simple and hassle-free. Reservations can be made online, by phone, or at select locations. Once booked, e-tickets are sent instantly, so passengers only need to show a digital or printed confirmation at boarding.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Full Refund: Cancel at least 24 hours before departure for a full refund.

• Partial Refund: Cancellations within 24 hours of departure may incur a fee.

• Non-Refundable: No-shows or cancellations at the last minute are not eligible for refunds.

Changes & Rescheduling

Travel plans can be adjusted up to 24 hours before departure at no extra charge. Last-minute changes may be possible depending on availability, and customer support is always available to assist with rescheduling.

Missed or Delayed Trips

If you miss your scheduled shuttle, Groome will do its best to place you on the next available trip, but refunds won’t be issued for missed rides due to late arrival. In the rare case Groome cancels a trip (weather or operational reasons), passengers can choose between a full refund or a free reschedule.
