Shipping Policy
They ship to all 50 states; Washington, DC; U.S. P.O. Boxes; and U.S. territories. The shipping methods offered during checkout will differ based on your shipping address and the charge is $4.99. Also, All orders over $500 require a Direct Signature. There are no exceptions. Orders are not able to be modified once an order is marked shipped. GunMag orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been sent to packing and they do not offer shipping outside of the United States.
Free Value Shipping
Free Shipping only applies to products shown as "Free Shipping" and is valid only when shipping to the contiguous 48 states. If an order contains one or more products offered as "Free Shipping" along with other Non-Free Shipping products, the estimated shipping cost of the "Free Shipping" product will be deducted from the total shipping cost.
Return Policy
Their goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction. If for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with or no longer interested in your purchase, you can return it to GunMagWarehouse.com within 60 days of the purchase date subject to the conditions below. They process all returns within 1-2 business days of the date of receipt.
Read all conditions. If conditions are not met, GunMagWarehouse.com reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee of not less than 20%.
Cancellations
If for whatever reason, you wish to cancel your order before shipment, you can contact them to request cancellation. Orders may be canceled up until the point the shipping label gets created. Once an order is marked as shipped, it cannot be canceled and you must request a Return Authorization (see below).

Refund & Credits
Once your return is received and inspected by GunMag Warehouse your refund (minus any shipping charges) will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It depends on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been sent to packing.
Large Capacity Magazine Exemptions
This program does not offer special pricing at gunmagwarehouse.com. Many states with large-capacity magazine restrictions legislated conditions under which certain groups may still purchase and possess large-capacity magazines.
GunMag Warehouse may grant the ability to order large-capacity magazines on our website when sent documentation to support an exception. All such approved exemptions expire annually, or sooner if your documentation expires in less than 1 year. We do this to ensure compliance with ongoing large-capacity magazine restrictions.
