If you’re not happy with your order from Jenson USA, you can return most new and unused items within 90 days of the purchase date. Just make sure the item is in its original packaging with all tags.

Once your return is received and approved, you’ll get your refund within 7–10 business days.

Jenson USA doesn’t do direct exchanges. So if you want a different item, you’ll need to return your current order and place a new one yourself.

For some big items like full bikes, a return shipping fee may apply for example, returning a bike may cost $99.99.
