Macy's is one of those places you can count on for pretty much anything. I grabbed some clothes and home items, and everything arrived in great condition. Prices were solid, and the deals made it even better. I always end up happy with my Macy's buys.

Macy's has tons of brands, which I love, but customer service changes from store to store. Sometimes you get great help, sometimes zero. Prices are decent if you find deals. Overall, an okay experience.
