Mindvalley Refund Policy

The refund policy for Mindvalley is that within one week of being denied, all rejected candidates will get a return of their money. The normal Mindvalley Guarantee of 15 days from the Date of Purchase applies to everyone who is approved and purchases the certification program.

How to use a refund

First, click on your profile on the top right of the Mindvalley website and select "MY ACCOUNT", Then click on the BILLING option. You will then see all your programs and if you purchased a program in the last 15 days, click the REFUND link next to the program to issue a refund. The refund is processed automatically and your bank should credit your account within 1 to 7 days (depending on your bank).

Cancellations

Note: Subscriptions can never be canceled by uninstalling the application from android or ios!

How to cancel subscriptions on Google Play Store?

If you activate a free trial on the Google Play Store, you will need to cancel it at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Follow such steps to cancel on the Play Store:

1. Open the Play Store on the android or tablet, or go to play.google.com

2. Tap the menu button on the top left corner of the Play store app (3 horizontal lines).

3. In the side menu that appears, tap the subscriptions option.

4. Tap the 'Cancel subscription option and follow the on-screen instructions to confirm cancellation.

How to cancel on the Apple Store?

1. On your iPhone or iPad Go to settings scroll down and select iTunes or App Store.

2. On the screen that appears tap your apple id listed at the top.

3. In the Popup that shows, tap "view apple id and sign in if requested to do so. 

4. This brings you to an Account Settings page, where you can scroll down to a "Subscriptions" option. Tap "Subscriptions" and select one from your list of subscriptions.

5. On the subscription, screen tap the " cancel subscription"  button.

6. If you do not see the "Cancel Subscription" button, this means it has already been canceled.

(Please note that after your current period ends, whether it is part of a free trial or a regular recurring subscription, iTunes will no longer bill you for that subscription only if you have canceled your auto-renewal)

If you want to purchase, read the following payment instructions: If you face any issues from purchasing by credit card or debit card, sign up for Paypal and try it for easy and secure online payments. OR

If you don't have a Credit Card/PayPal account and you're not ready to get one, an option for you is to give cash to your friend/family member and ask him/her to make the online payment. Just fill in your email address while making a purchase (so that the program would be added directly to your account).
