• Once payment is processed, services are activated and available in your account dashboard.

• Some products, like domain transfers or SSL certificate activation, may require additional verification or processing time.

• Customers will receive confirmation emails with details regarding their purchased services.

Return & Refund Policy

While Namecheap aims to provide quality services, we understand that sometimes changes are needed. Below are our refund guidelines:

• Domain Registrations & Renewals – Refunds are available within 48 hours of purchase, except for premium domains or domains purchased during special promotions.

• Web Hosting Services – Shared, VPS, and dedicated hosting plans come with a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time purchases.

• SSL Certificates – Can be refunded within 15 days of issuance if they have not yet been activated.

• Private Email Services – Eligible for refunds within 30 days of purchase for annual plans, monthly plans are non-refundable.

• Other Digital Products (VPN, PremiumDNS, Apps, etc.) – Refunds depend on the specific service and terms of the provider.

Cancellation Policy

• Customers can cancel most services through their Namecheap account dashboard before renewal.

• Auto-renewal can be disabled at any time to prevent future charges.

• Domains cannot be canceled after registration, but may expire naturally if not renewed.
