ABOUT NORDIC TRACK
NordicTrack is an American company founded in 1975 by Edward Pauls and Florence Pauls. They deal in trade mills, strength training equipment, exercise bikes, and other fitness accessories. They are best known for their Nordic sky machines. NordicTrack provides premium personal training at home.
NordicTrack History
Edward and Florence Pauls founded NordicTrack in Chaska, Minnesota in 1975. Edward Pauls invented the first Ski Machine, which was intended to simulate the motions of skiing on snow. The NordicTrack brand was born as a result of the success of this Ski Machine. It started as a distributor of Nordic skiing equipment but quickly expanded into fitness equipment.
NordicTrack continued to innovate throughout the 1980s and 1990s, releasing a variety of fitness products such as treadmills, stationary bikes, ellipticals, and more. ICON Health & Fitness (iFIT) purchased the company in 1997, allowing it to expand its reach even further.
