1. Choose the right Railcard based on your age and eligibility, select the 16–25 Railcard or the 16–17 Saver.
2. Complete your online application by providing the required personal details and proof of eligibility, if requested.
3. Select your preferred Railcard format, choose a digital Railcard for instant access on your smartphone or a physical Railcard delivered by post.
4. Purchase your Railcard by selecting either a 1-year or 3-year option (where available) and completing your payment.
5. Start saving on eligible train journeys by adding your Railcard when booking tickets online, through rail apps, or at staffed ticket offices.
