Trailways Student Discount

How to Claim the Trailways Student Discount

Trailways provides intercity bus transportation through participating carriers and locations, giving students access to discounted fares when traveling on eligible routes. The student discount can help reduce the cost of regular adult fares, but availability depends on the specific Trailways location and bus carrier.

Eligible students can receive 15% off the regular adult fare at participating Trailways locations. To claim the discount, purchase your ticket through an eligible location and present the required student identification. Depending on the location, Trailways may accept a valid college ID or require a Student Advantage Card™.

Verification Process

• Present a valid college identification card when accepted.
• Provide proof of current college enrollment if requested.
• Use a valid Student Advantage Card™ at locations requiring it.
• Check the participating location's verification requirements before booking.

Terms and Conditions

• The discount applies only at participating Trailways locations.
• Savings may vary based on the bus carrier and travel area.
• The student discount may not apply to every destination.
• Required student identification must be valid at the time of purchase.
