To receive the Half Price Books Teacher Discount, educators must apply for a renewable Educator Discount Card in-store. To qualify, simply present a valid ID or recent pay stub that confirms your role as a teacher at a public or private school, a college/university teaching assistant, or a city/school librarian. Homeschool educators can also apply by providing proof from a recognized local or state homeschooling organization.
