Membership & Cancellation Policy

Membership Details

Solidcore memberships grant access to unlimited or class-based plans, early scheduling privileges, waived late cancellation fees (for eligible tiers), and special benefits like discounted retail and “bring a buddy” perks.

Cancellation & Late-Cancel Policy

To cancel a membership, members must submit a request via the digital portal at least 30 days before the next billing cycle.

Class reservations can be changed or canceled up to 10 hours before class start; late cancellations, no-shows, or arrivals 5+ minutes late may incur loss of class credit or late fees depending on the membership level.
