Shipping Policy

GCI Outdoor offers free UPS Ground shipping on orders within the contiguous United States. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for free shipping and are charged a rate of $50 per item. GCI currently only offers UPS Ground shipping, however, you can reach out to info@gcioutdoor for a quote for expedited shipping.

After an order is processed, most will ship within 1-2 business days. Shipping services and rates are subject to change without prior notice. UPS expedited options may not be available in all areas. Orders shipping to a military base in the United States will be shipped via USPS.

Order Tracking

Look for a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed. If you do not receive an email with tracking information, just reach out to info@gcioutdoor.com with your order number. Also, no products are eligible to ship to a PO Box. For international shipments, please reach out to customer service for a shipping quote: info@gcioutdoor.com.

Return Policy

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of your purchase, provided it is unused and is still in its original packaging with tags attached. For products purchased from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies, you have to contact them directly for more information. Products purchased from an authorized dealer (i.e. Amazon, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Academy Sports + Outdoors, etc.), must be returned to the dealer it was purchased from.

Product Warranty

To qualify for any GCI Outdoor (GCI) warranty, products must be registered in the GCI product owners' database. Click here to register a product and complete the online product registration form within one month of purchase. You will need your defective product on hand to complete the warranty request. The GCI limited warranty applies to GCI Outdoor/GCI Waterside (GCI) branded products only.

GCI products are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for the following durations with the registration of the product: GCI Outdoor: Limited Lifetime Warranty GCI Waterside: One Year Limited Warranty GCI products are solely intended for personal and recreational use by one person at a time, unless otherwise specified, at or below the recommended weight capacity rating

Anyone with physical limitations or concerns about any existing health conditions should check with a healthcare provider prior to using any recreational products. The GCI limited warranty is in lieu of all other expressed warranties, obligations, or liabilities. The duration of any warranty is implied by state law, including, but not limited to the implied warranty period, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to one year from the date of the original purchase.

Some states and countries do not allow limitations on the length of implied warranties, so the above limitation may not apply to all consumers. This gives the consumer specific legal rights, depending on the state or country of residence. The GCI limited warranty DOES NOT cover the following:

• Normal wear and tear during the life of a product
• Natural Break down of colors and materials during the life of a product, including rust
• Improper care including, but not limited to, abuse, rips, burns, alterations, disassembly, and/or moisture damage
