Shipping

The processing time period at NordicTrack is 3 – 5 business days, and you’ll get your order within 2 – 3 weeks. NordicTrack has 2 delivery options: Standard Delivery, and White gloves delivery. In the standard delivery, you’ll get your order at your doorstep, while in the white gloves delivery, NordicTrack provides you with a professional team of technicians to set up your treadmill in your home.

A client signature is required upon delivery for all non-UPS packages. Before attempting to deliver your computer, the shipping company will make a call. There will be a total of three tries to get in touch with you. The shipping firm will make arrangements to return your machine to their warehouse after three tries. A 10% restocking fee and return shipping may be required.

Returns

A $250 non-refundable return shipping fee as well as a 10% processing fee will be applied to all returns.
