Eight Sleep Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that your Eight-branded technology layer sold together with Eight Smart Mattress and/or your Eight Sleep Tracker device (collectively, the “Product”) shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one year for the Eight Sleep Smart Bed, or two years for the Eight Sleep Pod, the Eight Sleep Pod Pro, the Eight Sleep Pod Pro Max.
Pod and Pod Pro Mattress Return Policy
Pod or Pod Pro Mattress can be returned within 100 days of the delivery date without return shipping charges. To ensure honesty and sanitary standard of products, Eight Sleep does not re-use or offer refurbished foam and hence, does not take back the mattress portion. Eight Sleep’s team will work with you to donate, recycle, and dispose of the mattress.
